Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals.

Qualification Requirements:

College graduate, business or technical bachelor's degree, with a chemical focus - required. Good written and verbal communication skills. Must be organized, professional, and goal oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers and employees daily.

Duties:

  • Prospect for new customers to grow the base of active customers.
  • Communicate with customers in person and via phone, text, email, and videoconference.
  • Lean all EMCO product lines, chemistries, and capabilities in depth.
  • Actively support colleagues' efforts by assisting with technical and non-technical projects.
  • Identify customer needs and problems then develop and present appropriate solutions.
  • Plan and schedule sales calls and maintain detailed record of work undertaken.
  • Promote all EMCO products and services.
  • Build lasting professional relationships with customers.
  • Understand our markets and competition.
  • Consistently grow EMCO's business.
  • Demonstrate increasing personal and professional growth.

Other Duties:

  • Train under EMCO employees across various divisions, including customer service, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, laboratory, and sales.
  • Pursue business contacts in all situations.
  • Act with integrity in all situations.
  • Follow all EMCO safety policies.
  • Execution of activities as assigned.
  • Join trade associations and attend their functions.
  • Responsibilities involving food safety, when required.
